Automatically integrated Web mail.

When you host a domain with netOxide, automatically you can access your email from any browser in the world via the integrated web mail system.  Simply navigate to webmail.yourdomain.co.uk to be able to login to the latest web 2.0 email user interface.  The web mail system integrates contacts, email and a calendar and can even be used via a WAP optimized interface for access from your mobile phone.

Unlimited Mail Boxes

All our packages have unlimited mail boxes allowing you the flexibility to create separate mail accounts for your family members or for each employee in your organisation.  Email accounts come with pop3 and imap access.  They even have single-click account setup for outlook express.

Unlimited email forwarding

Email Forwarding allows you to forward specific addressed email @yourdomain to one or more other email address either on your account or else where.  In addition you can choose to reject or ignore emails addressed to specific addresses @yourdomain.

Catch-All email forwarding

Catch all email forwarding allows you to forward any address @yourdomain to a single address or external address.  Catch all wildcard formatting allows you to forward all emails to one domain to another whilst still preserving the addressee of the original domain.

Mailing Lists

Mailing Lists allow you to easily configure a snippet of html that you can add to a web page so visitors to your site can subscribe to a mailing list.  Using the mail control panel you can then send out emails to all your subscribers.

Unlimited Auto-responders

Auto-responders allow you to setup standard email responses to be sent out when someone emails a specific address. For example, you can setup an automatic response to say you have received a support email on support@yourdomain and it will be actioned as soon as possible with the original email still being sent to support.

Junk Mail filters

Junk mail filters use special technology to strip out junk mail before you receive it. They can be configured to protect all mailboxes on a domain or specific mailboxes. You can choose to mark emails as junk, delete them automatically or even forward them to a different email address.  Specific overrides can be added to allow mail from specific email addresses to always be let through.
You can even get the system to send you an email weekly that shows the sender and subject of all mails that have been marked as spam, so you can spot any messages that may have been incorrectly marked as spam.
