SSH access

SSH access is available as an option on all our accounts.

SSH access enables you to connect directly to our servers so you can manage your account. All accounts already have FTP and an on-line file manager which enable you to manage your files, SSH enables you to access our server directly rather than via the FTP or file manager.

This service should only ever be used by someone technically adept and is not recommended for everyone.

For security reasons anyone requiring SSH access will be required to fill out and sign an SSH access request form and post it to us at our mailing address.

Without a valid signed agreement from you we cannot enable SSH access on any account. Once the form is assessed we will instruct our technical team to enable access for your account. It will take up to 72 hours for SSH to be enabled on your account after we have received the request form.

Please only request SSH access if you really need it, you can manage the files for your account quite easily with your own choice of FTP client and using our on-line file manager and this is immediately and permanently available on all accounts.
