Unlimited bandwidth / Unlimited storage / Unlimited Databases, yeah right?

We know that no hosting company can truly say they provide an unlimited service. When netOxide claim unlimited we are trying to say that you don’t have to worry about your bandwidth usage or storage usage in the day to day running of your web site.

Unlike most other hosting providers, we are not going to impose restrictions on the bandwidth or storage, we just expect you to obey these ground rules in order to keep the ‘unlimited’ privilege:

• All files stored on our servers under your account should be related to your site.
• netOxide servers are absolutely never to be used as a file sharing facility except in a case where you are supplying your own open source or paid for software or services.  The software or services must in all cases be your own work or directly connected to your site or business.
• netOxide servers are absolutely never to be used for hosting sites containing adult or illegal content.
• Internet radio is nice and we like it but we cannot allow music sharing in any form on our servers except in cases where you are an unsigned artist and you wish to give people an opportunity to hear your music.  In these cases you may host the music but it must be wholly your own work and must never contravene copyright laws or the rights of the original artists.
• Please be sure to read our terms and conditions carefully.  There is important information in there and you must agree to the terms when you purchase hosting from us.

Anyone caught abusing the system will have their account suspended pending investigation and may find their account permanently removed from the server.  Refunds will not be given for unused periods.

We want everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves and we want to encourage creativity on our servers so please play your part and don’t abuse the system.
